March 17, 2023 - the celebrity chef Nelson Müller spoiled us in the organic mountain restaurant Lumberjack.
The special dish for this event was onion ravioli with mountain cheese sauce and alpine herb oil - with lots of regional food from Bio aus dem Tal. Nelson spent the day with us with 3 LIVE cooking shows.
